Marketplace terms
These terms explain how accounts, publishers, products, purchases, licenses, downloads, reviews, and marketplace conduct work on TLG Market.
TLG Market account
A customer account uses a stable TLG identity. Customers are responsible for accurate account information, session security, and actions taken through authorized organization memberships.
Marketplace role
TLG Market operates a moderated marketplace for independent publishers. Approved products may be supplied through TLG Market and purchased through our authorized checkout provider.
Product information
Publishers will provide product descriptions and technical declarations. TLG review will bind approved metadata and artifact checksums but will not guarantee fitness for every project or environment.
Orders and payment
A completed order will preserve offer, price, license, licensee, tax, refund, and policy snapshots. Ambiguous provider results will be reconciled before another payment attempt is invited.
Licenses and entitlements
Acquisition creates a durable entitlement under the accepted TLG license policy. Ownership records remain visible even when sale or download availability later changes.
Updates and downloads
Updates create new immutable releases. Each download requires current authorization and may be restricted for security, legal, sanctions, or account reasons under applicable policy.
Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase terms, download history, product condition, provider rules, and mandatory consumer rights. Contact TLG Market Support with the order reference.
Reviews and conduct
Eligible customers may submit reviews under published integrity rules. Moderation decisions will be reasoned and auditable, with dispute or appeal routes when policy grants standing.
Availability and enforcement
TLG may apply scope-limited sale, search, or download restrictions to protect customers, rightsholders, or the platform while preserving required orders, entitlements, evidence, and appeal history.
