TLG Market Terms of Sale and Use

1. Seller and scope

TLG Market is operated by TLG Marketplace, L.L.C. These terms cover the TLG Market website, customer accounts, purchases, and access to purchased digital assets. TLG Market sells its own products. It does not provide a service for independent vendors to sell products or receive payouts.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase or create an account. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act for it. The product description, price, selected asset license, and refund policy presented when you purchase also govern your order. The Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal information.

2. Purchases and payment

The checkout identifies the product, license scope, currency, price, and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Purchases are one-time purchases unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Tebex is the reseller and merchant of record for purchases through its checkout. Its checkout terms govern the payment transaction. TLG supplies the products and their asset licenses. TLG Market does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.

A cart, attempted payment, or browser confirmation alone does not establish a completed purchase. We verify payment and then create the purchase and download rights for the exact offer. If a payment is pending or cannot be verified, access may remain pending while the payment is resolved. Contact support if you believe you were charged without receiving access.

3. Digital delivery and license

Delivery is through the signed-in account and authorized download access. Purchase grants the selected license; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the assets. The Individual Commercial license covers one developer. Other license scopes apply only when expressly included in the offer.

Read the listing's included files, formats, requirements, and limitations before purchasing. Features or compatibility that are not stated in the listing are not promised. We do not promise compatibility with every future version of third-party software. Your mandatory legal rights and the product commitments made at purchase remain unaffected.

4. Accounts and permitted use

Provide accurate account and purchase information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share your account or use it to give others access to purchased source assets. Do not attempt to bypass authorization, interfere with service, distribute malicious files, impersonate others, or violate another person's rights.

We may require additional verification for sensitive actions. Restrictions must be proportionate to the issue and do not erase historical orders or rights records that we must retain. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

5. Updates and availability

An updated asset package is a new release. We do not promise a particular update schedule or a lifetime support service. Removing a product from sale does not by itself end a valid license to files you already acquired. Download access may be restricted for a security, legal, or payment reason, subject to the refund policy and applicable law.

6. Refunds and support

The Refund Policy describes requests, technical problems, delivery failures, and payment reversals. No part of these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@tlgmarket.com with your order reference; do not send full card details or unrelated confidential project files.

7. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms for future use or future purchases. A later version does not silently replace the license or terms recorded for a completed purchase. We will provide notice or request renewed acceptance where required. Please contact us first about a concern so that we can try to resolve it. These TLG terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Tebex has separate checkout terms.

8. Earlier purchases

Earlier Stripe purchases retain the seller, license, refund policy, and terms recorded with those orders. This update does not replace those records.
