Commerce and licensing
TLG expects to retain order, invoice, policy acceptance, entitlement, refund, dispute, and download-decision records as required to operate customer rights and meet legal or accounting duties.
Publisher and support data
Publishers will receive only privacy-minimized context for their own product support cases. Billing, fraud, security, legal, tax, cross-publisher library, and private TLG notes will remain restricted.
Discovery and analytics
Marketplace analytics help operate search, recommendations, performance, fraud prevention, and product improvement. We apply consent and regional controls where required and limit data to defined purposes.
Safety and legal evidence
Reports, malware evidence, copyright claims, takedowns, counter-notices, and appeals will use restricted case storage, access logging, retention controls, and scoped legal holds.
Retention and customer rights
Retention depends on why information is processed and applicable transaction, entitlement, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, and legal obligations. Privacy requests may be submitted to privacy@tlgmarket.com.
Providers and transfers
