TLG Market Privacy Notice

TLG Market is operated by TLG Marketplace, L.L.C. This notice describes personal information used to operate the TLG Market storefront and customer services.

Information we handle

We handle information you provide to create and use an account, such as your account identifier and email address; product and license selections; billing information needed for payments and tax; order, refund, entitlement, and download records; and information you send in support requests. We also handle security and technical records needed to operate the service, including request times, network information, device or browser information, and authentication events.

Tebex receives payment details directly through its checkout. Stripe continues to handle existing Stripe transactions. TLG Market does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive payment references, status, and the transaction information needed to verify purchases, provide access, handle refunds and disputes, and keep required records.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, process and verify purchases, calculate applicable tax, record accepted licenses, provide authorized downloads, answer support requests, communicate about purchases and service issues, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not use a purchase to give an unrelated marketplace access to your account or library.

Service providers and other recipients

Providers assist us with payment processing and tax calculations, identity and authentication, hosting and storage, security, and transactional email. These include Tebex for checkout and transaction services, Stripe for existing Stripe transactions, Amazon Web Services for identity services, and Postmark for transactional email. Provider access is limited to the functions they perform and their applicable terms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or service security, or to professional advisers where necessary and appropriately protected.

TLG Market does not offer an independent-vendor sales program, and no vendor receives your customer account, broader library, or payment details through such a program. Settlement arrangements do not give another business access to your TLG Market account or purchase history.

Cookies and similar storage

We use session and security cookies to keep you signed in, protect requests, and maintain checkout and account functions. Disabling necessary cookies can prevent those functions from working. Optional marketing or analytics technologies, if introduced, require a separate description and any consent required by law; this notice does not authorize their introduction.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described above and applicable legal requirements. Different records require different periods: account information supports an active account, while payment, tax, license, security, and dispute records may need to remain after an account closes. We limit access and use technical and organizational safeguards. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, security codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary confidential files in support messages.

Your requests

You can contact support@tlgmarket.com about correcting account information, access to personal information, closing an account, or a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Depending on applicable law, additional access, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaint rights may apply. Deletion does not necessarily remove records we must retain for transactions, licenses, disputes, security, or legal obligations.

International processing and changes

Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards or disclosures, those requirements must be satisfied before the affected service is offered. We will update this notice when our practices change and provide notice or obtain consent where required.
