1. Your license

After a valid purchase, the licensor grants the individual named in the order a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the acquired product release for personal and commercial projects. This license is perpetual unless terminated under section 7. You acquire permission to use the assets; copyright and ownership of the assets do not transfer to you.

2. Permitted uses

You may copy and modify the assets for your own development work, incorporate them into games and interactive experiences, and use them in rendered images, videos, and other finished media. You may sell or otherwise distribute those finished projects and use them in client work, provided the assets are incorporated into a larger project and are not supplied as a standalone asset collection or substitute for this product.

You may use the assets in more than one project and keep private working copies and backups. No separate royalty is owed on revenue from permitted finished projects. Attribution is not required.

3. One developer

This license covers one natural person. It cannot be shared, pooled, or transferred between developers. Other people may collaborate on a finished project, but they may not receive or use the source assets under your license. Each additional developer who needs access to the assets must obtain a separate license or an expressly agreed team license. Delivering source assets to a client is not included; the client must obtain the necessary license before receiving them.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not sell, share, sublicense, gift, upload, or distribute the assets, including modified versions, as standalone files, an asset pack, stock content, a template intended to expose the assets, a public source repository, or a competing asset library. You may not let another person use your account or download access to obtain the assets.

Use reasonable measures available in your chosen platform to prevent source assets from being obtained separately from the finished project. Normal distribution through a game platform is permitted; this does not permit separately publishing the purchased models, animations, or textures as reusable public assets.

You may not use the source assets to train or supply a competing generative asset library without the licensor's express written permission. You may not use the product unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights. Any third-party notices that must legally remain must be preserved.

5. Product scope and compatibility

The product includes only the files, formats, features, and supported configurations described in its listing at purchase. Your game's combat, movement, networking, and other gameplay systems remain your responsibility unless expressly included. Importing and publishing Roblox animations requires the appropriate permissions for your own experience creator. This license does not grant access to someone else's platform account or private assets.

6. Updates and continued use

No update schedule or lifetime support service is promised. Eligible updates offered for your purchase are covered by this license unless you expressly accept different terms. Delisting alone does not cancel your right to use lawfully acquired files. TLG may restrict downloads for a security or legal reason while retaining your purchase record and handling any applicable remedy. Changes to future offers do not silently replace the terms of your existing purchase.

7. Refunds, breach, and termination

The published refund policy and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law govern remedies. A full refund or reversal ends the license for that purchase; you must stop using and delete the refunded source assets, subject to any applicable legal rights or separately agreed remedy. A partial refund does not automatically end the license.

The seller may terminate the license for material breach or fraudulent acquisition. Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, the licensor will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it before termination, unless immediate action is required by law or to address abuse or a security risk. Termination does not erase order, license, support, or audit records.

8. Support and legal rights

For product or license questions, contact support@tlgmarket.com and include your order reference. Do not send payment-card details. Nothing in this license excludes a warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The product listing, this license, the terms accepted at purchase, and applicable law govern the transaction.

For purchases made through Tebex, the license recorded with your order identifies the product licensor. That record controls over earlier seller or payment-provider names in bundled documentation. Earlier Stripe purchases retain their recorded licenses.
